THE HAMLET
Located at an altitude of 1700 m, "the Bettaix" is part of the 3 Valleys ski domain, the largest one in the world, with 600 km of slopes linking the famous Meribel, Courchevel and Val Thorens.
The hamlet stands just below Les Ménuires Ski resort in a preserved natural environment where typical constructed cabins are spread around a small river that crosses the village (the Doron). The preservation of this place makes it a haven for relaxation and an ideal starting point of your ski trips.
Les Ménuires resort are 5 minutes drive away from the chalet (or 6 minutes chairlift) and offer all kinds of sports and cultural activities (fitness, racket sports, swimming pool, sledging, hiking, paragliding, cinema, shopping, restaurants, nightclubs...)
Skiing back to The Bettaix is possible under all circumstances thanks to the presence of snow cannons down to the village. The green and/or blue slops that lead to the chalet are well suited for beginners and young children.
Free shuttles run 5 times a day to the center of Les Ménuires from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (stop is 10 minutes walk from the chalet).
THE 3 VALLEYS
Accessible to all, "Les 3 Vallées" is one of the truly most popular ski domain in the world, very well known for its snow quality and its latest generation lift equipment.
It has 328 slopes spread over 8 ski resorts, 166 lifts, 2400 snow cannons, 42 play areas and 9 toboggan runs for unlimited fun.
The domain goes from an altitude of 1300m to 3230m, of which 85% is above 1800m, making it possible to guarantee the snow cover throughout the winter.

The Bettaix/Ménuires are accessible by car, taxi or bus (25 minutes drive from Moutiers-Salins-Brides-Les-Bains high speed train station). 4 international airports are located approximately 2 hours drive away from there.
